Since 1940, Dennis Ott Builders has been building the highest quality homes with the utmost importance and attention to detail. Every house is custom-built to your wants and needs, regardless of the style or budget. We never build any two houses the same.
In 2000, Jason Ott took over Dennis Ott Builders, following in his father, Dennis Ott’s footsteps. Jason grew up immersed in the home building business, learning the craft and expertise from his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Jason played football for The Ohio State University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Playing Division 1 football at that level taught him valuable lessons in working hard, keeping jobs on schedule, and working under pressure.
